Devil's Backbone Campout, Reloaded

Upcoming Rides, Rallies and Events : Devil's Backbone Campout, Reloaded

The Little Egypt Scooter Club is going to try to have the Devil's Backbone Campout again and you're all invited.

We are still looking at what weekend will work best, but I suspect it will be after April. On the club's Facebook page I listed the weekend of 19/20 May, but that's just because it required me to list a date. It will likely be a different weekend.

As you may remember, we had to cancel last year because the campground was actually under several feet of the Mississippi River.

We will co-host the gathering with the Scarabs Cafe Racer Club, so I suppose you could bill it as a

Mods vs Rockers

thing if you're so inclined.

The location will be the Devil's Backbone Park in Grand Tower, IL. We want to keep it low-key and casual. I would not be surprised if there will be a cookout, and perhaps a ride through the Shawnee Wine Trail immediately before or after the camping.

Stay tuned for details... as we figure them out. You can watch this thread or follow the club's Facebook page. We'd love to have you Mishifts and 30DSG folks down.
